I had one call with a recuriter. After passing that, they required that I create 2 separate presentations and 1 paper. It was a bit ridiculous but I did it anyway. After submitting them, Kenworth ghosted me. I followed up a few times with the recruiter and hiring manager but neither got back to me. It's disrespectful to make people waste hours jumping through hoops, and then not have the decency to follow up professionally.
