The recruiter reached me about the job opportunity. The recruiter insisted the job was about mainly environment background and some modelling. I was even asked to present onsite. Immediately after my presentation, the team lead pulled me aside, just to told me this was not for me. This is the most awkward interview I ever had. In my opinion, this company just wants someone to do modelling, without paying the premium.

Hiring process was pretty decent. But company can't seem to decide what it wants. Ends up wasting your time significantly. Interviewers were smart and well-informed. Recruiter only showed up at beginning, and then as usual went MIA.

Applied through their website. I was first contacted by the technical recruiter. Had a pleasant discussion about the role and my past experiences. After a couple of days I was told that I will have a technical interview session. I had an interesting scientific discussion with members of the technical research team. They have a rigorous interview process.
