I applied to this position through a recruiting firm. I had a brief interview with the recruiter who agreed to put me forward for the role. Two days later I was requested to do a Digital Interview through HireVue. Three days after completing the Digital interview I was requested to do an in person interview with a mechanical aptitude test portion.

interview online made up of 3 questions where you only have one attempt to record followedby a mechanical test which will most likely be made of some maths and physics wuestion which they said should take 10 min.
primo colloquio con HR, solite domande (parlare di me, dimmi tre qualità, dimmi dei difetti, cosa porteresti nel team). Secondo colloquio con manager della divisione tecnica, scorrevole, nessuna domanda di carattere tecnico, sempre a livello conoscitivo. Il terzo sarebbe stati in inglese con amministratore delegato, peccato che dopo aver avuto feedback positivo per sostenerlo e comunicato che potevo farlo online non essendo a Milano, sono scomparsi.
