I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
There were 5 steps.
1. Technical Aptitude Assessment
2. Screening Pre-Interview
3. Hirevue Interview
4. Personality Test
5. Final Interview
The aptitude test was easy but you are not given feedback. It is pass or fail.
The screening was just an easy couple of questions.
Hirevue Interview was answering 7 questions on video.
The Personality Test was long and about 100 questions. Some of the questions contradicted each other. I don't feel it got a accurate depiction of my personality. I did not make it any further.
