I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process was long and required more stages than any other company I applied to. Aptitude test, video recorded interview, caliper test, and then an in person interview in Chicago consisting of a product presentation and a sales pitch. Smart guys that were hard to read but clearly have a set idea for who they are looking for.
