Did an online interview with recorded answers, not very meaningful in my opinion. They got back to me asking me for an on-site interview, they bought plane tickets and all that, I got ready buying a $250 suit. Less than 24 hours before I was supposed to fly they called and cancelled my interview. Because someone accepted their offer late they had to cancel the backup(me). Don’t know what to say about a company that does that kind of shady stuff.

First step is to do a personality questionnaire. After that, the interview is an online, pre-recorded style that you complete from home. If you haven't done many or any pre-recorded interviews, make sure to practice as they can feel quite different from an in-person interview.
