Interview
You ask your questions about the company and role first and then the recruiter asks a lot of questions. It feels like rapid fire and there isn't much feedback. I wish there wasn't so many questions.
There will be a career day where they have a Q/A for final round applications which then moves into a behavioral interview and a role play. Each have two interviewers on it, however mostly only one will talk.

Initial interview through teams, flown to Chicago for final interview, do a role play, and a final interview. Overall, probably one of the best interview experiences I’ve had with a company. They truly value the talent they’re bringing on board.
