Interview
Very simple, how much would you like to get paid, the lower the better. However, if you decide to get on board be ready for unorganized everything. They are very cheap and again only care about what you'd like to get paid. Basic questions we asked like do you know computers and how to answer a phone. Be able to speak Spanish or else you will not work there.

Interview
Very simple, do you know computers? Can you handle phone calls? Biggest question was the pay as they want the cheapest. This was done by the owner and his side-kick if you will. The questions were very simple yes or no type of things and it was obvious they were inexperienced in the hiring process or meeting people.
