The interview process at Kiewit consisted of one interview where I was asked about my experiences both in school and work. After a couple days I was given an offer.

What technologies did you use at your previous position.
Availability request over email a couple weeks after application for a short technical interview. Relatively easy coding question to solve in 30 minutes over a zoom call. I had two interviewers in my call.
