Interview
Basicly...A robot interviewed me.
He had been with the company for decades and was as cold and calculating as possible.
Being from a developed country(Canada) I have never experienced this kind of treatment before.
The closest I can relate to this is back in 1999 when I visited the killing fields in Cambodia and seen a photo of the Khmer Rouge and the blank stare in their faces.
There is a very similar blank stare in the faces of all senor Kiewit employees... I have now held the job for almost a year..but am still afraid of all the management that I work with.
I seriously get the impression that these guys have seriously harmed people before... I think I am wrong however. These people are simply brainwashed by an evil American corporation and have no empathy or compasssion..
Our entire work force refers to them as Cyborgs.

Question 1
The questions were very general....
That was not the problem.
The problem is I felt as though I was being disected by a Cyborg.
To speak to someone who does not show a facial expression of any kind is extremely uncomfortable.

Interview
Very straight forward and by the book. It was educational and open minded a very refreshing approach. It was the first time I honestly became educated during an interview. It was a great process. The safety alone was Amazing and refreshing.

Question 1
It would be the re quoting of all the information shortly after the interview, how ever it was the step procedures involved and the entire commitment of all staff and employees that made the process smooth and easy to pick up in a short time. The question that I had to take time on was `what do you want to be in this company? It was hard to say at first due to the fact of all the Amazing options, like a kid in a candy store.
