Interview
Firstly a phone interview. All of them are basic C++ question. Then a online test, three questions in 4 hours, which are of middle and hard level of Leetcode. They are related to the question of phone interview. Finally an on-site interview of 2 hours, three round. Most of them are general and behavior questions. They would go through you resume and ask questions in details. They want to make sure that you are proficient C++ programmer.

Interview
A phone interview followed with a 3 hour coding challenge. Mostly technical questions about basic data structures and algorithms. they mainly focus on your code performance and data base developing.
