The culture is supportive and inclusive teams genuinely care about each other’s success and leadership is approachable and transparent. There’s a strong sense of ownership and accountability,..but it’s balanced with trust and flexibility. I’ve had opportunities to take on new challenges, contribute to strategic initiatives, and continuously learn. The company is also investing in innovation and staying ahead in the supply chain space which makes the work feel impactful and future focused. Work/life balance is respected and there’s a real effort to recognize and celebrate employee contributions both big and small.
Cons
Like many fast growing tech companies priorities can shift quickly which requires adaptability. At times processes are still evolving but there’s clear momentum toward improvement.
