I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kings College Madrid (Madrid)
Interview
I was referred to this school by a talent agency in London who found my profile online. I underwent three online interviews, suggesting it had come down to myself and one other candidate. I never heard back from the talent recruiter or the school. When I finally inquired at Kings, they suggested I ‘not use that talent agency’ which was incomprehensible. The interview process was excessive, at times it felt overly intrusive. Ironically, both representatives of Kings no longer work there as is consistent with what we are hearing about Inspired work places across Europe and elsewhere.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kings College Madrid in May 2024
Interview
Three interviews stages. Some face to face, some online also a visit to the school.
Started at a jobs fair then the heads invited me to more staged interviews. First with the department then with the school head.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Kings College Madrid
Interview
Three online interviews, each excessively probing. I felt like I was being interrogated rather than being interviewed. It was disappointing that despite the time and effort invested by both parties, Kings failed to inform me of their final decision, blaming it on a third party service provider.
