Interview
I first had to take a test at the facility, it was testing personality and other skills. I then had a short phone interview, then a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. I then took a drug test and consented to a background check. I was then invited to shadow the position and then was offered the job.

Two part interview one the first day then one a few days later. Sometimes one is a call. Both of mine were in person. Easy questions. Common sense questions and an online questioner.
