Very lengthy process, interviewed multiple times with different people to learn more about the kittelson as a whole. Unless you REALLY want to work at ONLY kittelson, i would say you should spend the time prepping for these interviews applying somewhere else

It was alright interview, answered a few questions about my experience in school and had to complete a short summary of interview afterwards. They spent the time to interview me with some insightful answers about the industry.
Three interviews with recruiters and possible supervisors, not intimidating. You can be matched with different offices, so you interview with each team to find the right fit. Overall, a very encouraging experience.
