okay, some schools better than others and that shows with the teachers. if the school is in a good district, the teachers are going to be better, if it's not, the teachers wont be good either.
The interview process was great! I interviewed with the principal and the other teachers in the department I was applying for since I would be working really closely with them.

Since I was interviewing for a middle school position, the question was: “how do you feel like you are going to bring your elementary experience to middle school?”

They will send email or call requesting an interview. If the want you they will offer you the job in a day or two. If they don’t want you they will not call to let you know
