Der Prozess bestand aus drei Runden: - erstes Gespräch mit dem Hiring Manager - zweites Gespräch mit dem Geschäftsfuhrer - drittes Gespräch mit den direkt Kollegen*innen inkl. Case Studies Der Prozess war professionell und zügig. Weder Verzögerungen noch Ablaufänderungen während des Prozesses.

detaillierte Fragen zu meiner Erfahrung in der Funktion. Fragen über meine Motivationen, Wünsche und Vorstellungen. Die Case-Study-Fragen gingen tief in die Details von einzelnen Beispiel-Vorgängen, die den wahrscheinlichen Projekten und Aufgaben der Stelle ähnelten.

3 Interviews inklusive einer Case-Study, welche zwischen dem 2. und 3. Interview stattfand. Das Ergebnis sollte in einer 15-minütigen Präsentation dargestellt werden. Alle Gespräche waren super angenehm und professionell. Auf Fragen wurde sehr gut eingegangen und komplexe Inhalte verständlich erklärt.

After spending a week solving coding challenges, when i sent it they replied that I did not have enough experience and that he made a mistake sending me a coding challenge!??? I will never forget the feeling I had.
