I wud say one of the best interviews I have ever attended. They really respect your time and I had attended 3 rounds of interviews. 1st was an HR Screening, 2nd round was a technical screening and 3rd round was four 45 min interviews conducted by the top technology professionals of Koch Industries. All of the were centered on MBM principles and questions were more of behavioural pattern. I got the offer but had to decline because of another offer. But I would rate the overall experience as excellent. Only thing they could improve is avoid the redundant behavioral questions asked in the 3rd round. Since its multiple professionals interviewing you in different video calls, same questions get repeated again. A suggestion would be to have all of them in one video call/ room and have a straight 2 hour interview.
