Koddi interview questions

I went through the entire interview process and made it to the final stage, and everything seemed to go really well. That’s why it was especially disappointing to receive a generic automated rejection afterward, without any feedback into the decision.

I interviewed with a company back in November, and initially everything was moving along perfectly. It started with a quick screening call, then an online test assignment, followed by multiple rounds of interviews — altogether around 7 or 8 stages. Each step went well, and the conversations were genuinely positive. But after the final interview, the communication just… stopped. I never received any feedback, and despite reaching out several times, my emails were completely ignored. In the end, I was essentially ghosted, which was especially disappointing after such a long and thorough process.
