Very awful experience about the hiring process. The interviewer was nice and told me to prepare for the following interviews but HR ghosted for 3 weeks and directly ended my process without any reason,

Interview
Recruiter call and first round of interview was quick. The recruiter and hiring manager were polite and responsive. The next round involved a take-home written test which was relevant to the role. After submitting the test, it was radio silence. Followed up with the recruiter who mentioned they were evaluating all candidates' tests together, but communication stopped after that. While it's commonplace for companies to do so, a notice would have been appreciated.
