Krystal Biotech interview questions

Three 30 minute interviews, back to back with 3 departments. Mostly same questions. Overworked disposition from all departments. Impertinent attitude from quality department. Clearly a mismanaged company, belied as a "great opportunity".

i applied via linkedin. i received an email several weeks later asking for a phone interview with the COO. upon speaking with the COO it was apparent that she received the position because of connections only. the "interview" (if you could call it that) was a series of loosely asked (questions?) that varied from the completely unethical "free consulting" to.... what? i honestly dont know because there was really no rhyme or reason or structure to the interview AT ALL. frankly i dont know. her english was not very good either which is odd considering on her profile it says she has over 20 years of experience in the united states. when i asked about next steps, that too was extremely vague. she had no idea about salary range as she asked "well, what are you making now...? " are you kidding me? still have heard absolutely nothing in feedback, next steps or whatever. i did receive a notification she was looking at my linkedin profile which again is odd, as this was after the interview? the company review on glassdoor seems valid. based on my experience i would avoid this company. absolutely no direction etc
