      Started with a quick phone interview, which followed meeting with two people talking more about the work and what they offer. Then was given a homework to prove my skills, which went well and was offered a second interview with the department leader. Started work a week later.

      Interview

      It was one of the most disappointing interview experiences I’ve had. The interviewers had noticeable communication challenges, which made it difficult to have a meaningful conversation as they often struggled to understand my responses. The interview was described as a technical interview focused on Java and Spring, but it turned out to be quite different. They relied on a short PowerPoint presentation with around four to five very random theoretical questions, which they read directly from the slides. Once I answered, they seemed unsure how to assess my responses and appeared to be checking whether my answers matched what was written on their screen. Overall, the interview felt poorly structured and unprofessional.

      During the interview with HR it felt like they wanted someone with less experience and okay with a lower salary. The technical interview, had two rounds. Neither were round were too hard.
