Real review about Kuehne + Nagel IT center Tallinn job interview.
Hiring manager I was communicating with is Aleksei V.
Department is Warehouse Management System.
The recruiter offered Senior Developer in Test role. It turned out my salary expectations are aligned with Test Architect role. Kuehne + Nagel hiring manager Aleksei V. offers me this role according my salary expectation.
I passed 3 rounds of interview and got the email from Aleksei V.

After the "Questions and Answers" talk, I was told to expect official offer from them the right next day.
And then, everything went unprofessional.
One week passed and no news at all from them.
I started talking to recruiter and found out Aleksei V. is on vacation all that time! (some kind of lie?)
After 2 days, recruiter managed to get answer from them.

Hi Sergey, so I finally found out the full situation. They do find you as a capable candidate and would be happy to have you in their team, but the main issue is there is that they actually decided to fill the Test Architect role with someone internally from the company. Meaning that right now they have only a Senior Developer in Test role open at this time. As you can imagine that will very likely mean a slightly different kind of financial possibilities. If you would be interested in the free Senior Developer in Test role I will need to ask you what you would be the minimum that you would be willing to consider.

So they simply offer me the role and then have someone on that role without telling me.
Even now, they don't think about to communicate with me and tell that they change their mind.
The way they offer opportunity doesn't correspond to the level of the company and generally is impolite , dishonest and unprofessional.
A long story short - I don't recommend this place as the place you are going to relocate from your country.
Estonian people are polite, well-educated and professionals. But, there are lots of Russians and some of them are "Back to USSR" style people.
Even in this, multinational, international huge company.
