Interview
Fairly easy questions. Afterwards, I had to take a math and reading tests. Was a bit unprepared for that since it had been awhile that I've taken those courses. However, it was fine. Still got the job, regardless. Overall experience was positive.

How did you hear about Kumon and what do you know about it?
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
