It’s was a short process with the normal background of my education, experience in education with an empathesis in grammar and math, and my reasoning behind the job. I was referred by a friend so this also might be a different process when someone walks in for an application.

If a student was having a difficult time answering a question, how would you help them?

Interview
I had to complete a math and reading comprehension assignment. I also spoke with the manager about my skills and strengths in the fields they tutor. It was relatively simple.
Super simple process. Easy screening then was shortly given the job after meeting with the manager. One step process, was able to begin work right away and sent the offer right away.
easy, asked basic questions. talk about school clubs and not much preparation needed. eg. whats your greatest strength/weakness. Are you good with kids. actual job is easy too. good luck
