nice really fast, just zoom through everything it was super relaxed had a very chill time in the interview. i need over thirty words but theres really nothing more to say it was just really nice and i would hope to have more interviews similar to this interview and now im just stretching it
I met with the manager, and they asked me about my previous experience of teaching or working with Kumon. They ask about their vision/mission statement. It's really casual because though it's a big company, each location has only one manager.
You need proof of residence and ID, and must take a timed test covering basic 5th-grade math skills. It's straightforward but requires quick thinking and accurate calculation. I don't recall taking an English test version but they were nice.
