I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon (Beppu, Oita) in May 2023
Interview
Group interview including 3 people. First you have to shortly introduce yourself. Then you will receive a task to think and create an activity for Japanese elementary schools students who will be the participants of the workshop. Then you have 20 minutes to prepare with others interviewees. All of the preparation will be observed by the interviewer.
Had emailed the Kumon centre about my interest and was then called in for an interview face to face. I was then requested for my CV. After reviewing my CV I was accepted and was given the position.
