Interview
1. I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruitment consultant and we had an initial phone call shortly afterwards.
2. Interview with HR and the recruiting supervisor (online)
3. Recruitment tests carried out online at my own pace. These included math, linguistic and spatial reasoning, as well as questionnaires about motivation and ways of working. This was the heaviest part of the process and took a few hours of my time.
4. Feedback call with a recruitment consultant (online)
5. Group interview with the recruitment consultancy (online)
6. Final interview with the recruiting supervisor and another executive at the company (live)
7. Got an offer and accepted one day after the last interview.
The entire process took a bit over a month. It was a bit lengthy but everything was clearly communicated throughout the process. I got a generally good impression of the employer and also the recruitment consultants they used were friendly and professional.
