The interview process was very smooth and went well. It began with an initial phone call with HR, moving forward to a video call with the head of department, to a third stage interview and presentation with more members of the team.

Very technical and professional . Several rounds of interviews with HR, Functional head and CEI. They use assessments and psychometric tests to check compatibility. The senior team is hired thru executive search or head hunting. Very strong refrence check mechanism is applied to ensure there is no wrong hiring

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kuoni in May 2021
Interview
Initial call with the recruitment team was very insightful, made me feel at ease and lasted approximately 45mins
The main interview was then with 2 managers and consisted of a 15min presentation that I was given plenty of time to prepare and then was followed by competency based questions. Again the managers who interviewed me made me feel at ease, were very professional, friendly and showed a real interest in me
I was then invited for the final stage of the process to meet a sales director at head office. This was a hour interview, face to face which was refreshing after so many zoom calls since covid started. The sales director was friendly, welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. The purpose was for the company to get to know me a little better and to ask some more questions about my experience and skillset
