Kurt Fischer Structural Engineering interview questions

First interview included a technical test including moment/shear diagrams, truss analysis, diaphragm analysis followed by a 1 hour interview with two project managers. Second interview was a practical test including drawing a preliminary layout and performing gravity and lateral member designs followed by a conversation with Kurt. Throughout the process, everyone was very professional and transparent. I got the impression that everyone was organized and competent but overworked.

The interview was taken as a phone screen. The interviewer asked few questions about previous experience and then went directly to paper test. After the paper test the interviewer told me no more second round interview will be granteed
