I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kyo (Denver, CO) in Oct 2023
Interview
I had a google interview and it ended pretty quick. They've went through my experience working with children (I only had a baby sitter experience regarding working with kids). They ask what I know about ABA and what I expect the work to look like. It was definitely a plus that I've worked with non-verbal kiddos before. It lasted 20 - 25 minutes.

Question 1
They ask how I got to know the company, and why I want to work there. My experience working with children. A bit on ABA process.
I had a simple 5 minute phone interview asking just a few background questions and why I wanted the job. After the phone call I received an offer letter via email.
Easy Interview Process. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and felt like the interviewer had a good sense of what my experience entails. The interview built on my previous experience as an RBT.

Very easy. Not many qualifications are necessary—a good job for individuals seeking work within the behavioral health field. You need some sort of experience with children as well as a high school diploma.
