Interview
I applied online through their website career section. The HR staff called me about 3-4 months after I applied for it. Apparently they did CV screening first then continuing to phone interview. After that, I was invited to come to their Head Office, together with other candidates we were given brief summary of the program (Management Trainee), then continuing to self introduction and an individual interview. The interviewers were the user (I guess it's the marketing manager), and a HRD staff.

Primero entrevista individual con Dirección y tests. Luego Grupal con otras t personas y HR de LOreal. La próximo instancia será presencial. Avanza bastante rápido, amable y sencilla. Quieren ver cómo te desenvokves en grupo más que nada

brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
