I first had a phone interview with a recruiter. Within a week I had a second phone interview with the AVP. My 3rd in person interview was within a week of that. The 3rd interview I had to create and present a 10-12 slide PowerPoint presentation and I then had to case study as well.
Recruiter was kind and went through position and responsibilities then we had 3 more interviews with different members of the team and the benefits environment, culture and future career opportunities
I believe that my background aligns well with the goals of the Investment Banking and Finance Club. As Vice President, I hope to help organize meaningful events, facilitate industry talks, and create networking opportunities that benefit all members. I am eager to support the club’s mission and help others deepen their understanding of the financial industry.

Interview
It was quite a peculiar experience. While the HR recruiter was very proactive and engaged, the hiring manager seemed completely uninterested during our meeting. It was evident that I wasn't the right fit for them, as they only asked one question throughout the session. Luckily, since it was a video call, I didn't have to travel for nothing. It seems the role is still being advertised.
