Approached by Inhouse recruiter who asked if I interested for the role. Showed my interest and shared contact details. However, no action & recruiter MIA thereafter. Was expecting better recruitment experience, totally disappointed.

Interview
Interview process was smooth. It took around three weeks. First round is a call with HR for a screening call, second round is with hiring manager for a virtual interview and final round interview with management and HRBP.
Got approached by a recruiter on linkedin and went through 4 rounds of interviews within 2 weeks.
2 rounds with recruiter and local HR, 1 panel interview and final round with HQ HR manager
