Initial phone call catch up followed by 45 minute interview with two of the hiring team to discuss previous experience, future goals and suitability. Interview process was quick and communication good.

Communication from HR was very poor throughout the process. The interview itself was competency based and included a number of challenging, industry specific technical questions. The interviewers were calm and supportive, and provided prompts where answers were not fully developed. However, despite this, I was unable to obtain any feedback on where I may have gone wrong or how I could improve after chasin HR.
