They hype up how much you would make being an assistant manager and how much the director makes. But once you're hired they tell you that you are a PTC (entry level sales) and have to earn the manager position. bait and switch

Are you a certified trainer or have a 4 year degree?
Was told I was meeting with Vp he canceled day of then I met with The director. Really nice guy asked a few questions mainly about sales. When I applied the job said there was a salary then was told it was commission based. Offered the position declined a week later because it wasn't what I wanted or thought it was. If you want to help people train and achieve fitness goals not the gym for you.

Interview
I had an interview with the Training Director, and then an interview with the regional VP. I have also seen people interview with the General Manager. Pretty much the interview is very relaxed, and is more like a meet and greet so they can gauge your personality and ability to converse with people.
