Very unprofessional HR staff. Normal hiring process. Phone call. Set up interview with HR, department, executive. Received offer but rejected due to HR interview. I was asked over and over again if I knew why I was laid off and if my family responsibilities would interfere with my job. My guess is that this person doesn't know what is going with the economy and thinks thinks that she / he works in Latin America not in the USA. Was very underwhelmed with their HR department and some managers. Aggressive interview techniques and language.

Interview
The recruitment process took a lot of time of my life for nothing in return.
I met the HR VP via Skype, the HR Manager for Latin America. I also met the Marketing Chief , Accounting Lead and Product Developer Chief. They asked me to send samples of my works and references.
I did everything and guess what?
They never gave me feedback related to the process. How come?
You spend time, energy, discuss your professional background with 5 people in the company and they even said "Thanks for your time".
Sooo unprofessional!
Al least from a Recruitment process perspective the worst experience I've ever had.
