I interviewed at LCS
Very thorough panel interview- directors of other departments provide interesting questions and insight to help decide if the opportunity is right for a candidate. All of my questions were answered as well.
- What is your proudest moment in this field?

Two virtual interviews with a manager and staff/other team members. Pretty standard questions. Asked to describe myself, why I was looking for this position, etc. Brief accounting knowledge test that anyone who’s taken an accounting course could pass.
- How would you describe yourself

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LCS
I recieved an email me about a week after I submitted my application to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. The interview started 10 minutes late and was very simple. I was told about the position and then asked why I left my last job and asked me to talk about my experience. I was then asked if I would be interested in talking to the VP of HR and I said yes. I was told I’d hear back about a follow up interview but never did hear back.
- Walk me through your resume.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Des Moines, IA
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LCS (Des Moines, IA) in Jan 2020
I interviewed directly with the CIO to start, and it was great. He was honest and open about the process. Full transparency on what was going on. He then had me come in and meet with his leadership team. They were top notch. Next step was meeting with the team directly. There were no surprises at all along the way. They were flexible with schedules and very easy to work with. It is a great company, and one that is growing rapidly.
- They asked me to solve a staffing problem, based on resource constraints, budget, and timeline.

Very unprofessional recruiter. Very unprofessional company. They don't know how to respect people. I received an email and set up a phone interview with their recruiter. I spent more than 3 days and canceled a very important meeting to prepare this interview. However, 5 mins before the appointment, their recruiter sent me an email says she has something and can't make this interview. I sent an email back says "how about tomorrow 10 am?", after that, I never get a response. Emm, very unprofessional recruiter. Very unprofessional company. They don't know how to respect people.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LCS (Des Moines, IA) in Mar 2018
Applied by sending resume and cover letter directly to HR before opening was posted on careers site, and actually never saw the posting of the program on the careers site. Eventually heard back after a month or so to schedule first interview, which was over the phone. Heard back a couple weeks after that I moved to the second round, was flown to Des Moines to meet with panel of 4 VPs, give presentation, and submit written assignment, then got offer within a week.
- In under 2 minutes, persuade us why we should hire you and what you will bring to LCS? Describe to us leadership roles you have taken on previously. Describe your current work experience to us. Do you have any experience with nursing home regulations?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Delray Beach, FL
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LCS (Delray Beach, FL) in Feb 2018
The initial interview is over the phone with human resources and I got the feeling they knew nothing about marketing. As a 20+ year marketing professional, I get very passionate about my accomplishments, but I didn't think they had any understanding of the scope of work or results that I have experienced.
- Describe your past working relationships? What specifically did you do at "whatever" company? Where do you see yourself in five years? What makes you stand out from others interviewing for this position?
