I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LGI Homes (Forney, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
Ii applied online mid January. I was invited to the job fair in dallas on February 20th. Over 200 candidates were there. We were informed that they would only hire four people!! Two days later, I was invited to a onsite interview in Forney! The invite stated i would interview with the vp of sales. Upon arrival, there were at least 4 other candidates that were given the same interview time. I had a panel interview with 4 sales managers! I was asked to provide references and to submit my w2. Im ok with not being selected, but I regret submitting all my personal info and references! It was definitely a learning opportunity!! Please only request documentation on candidates that are selected for hire!
We appreciate that you took the time to come out and meet with us and are sorry that you didn't have a positive experience. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
