Attended the LGI Recruiting Event At the recruiting event we were given a caliper personality assessment. Met sales managers from different communities and regions. Gave us an insight on pay structure, LGI's growth, goals, and accomplishments since they began.
First contact other than email was a Zoom meeting. If you're not used to seeing yourself on a screen it's very uncomfortable and in my case didn't represent my personality at all.

Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter out of the blue so I went to a hiring event. Sat through some company info. Filled out a personality test. Had a quick 5 minute chat with an employee. They said they would like to bring me back for an interview but then I got the we went with other candidates e-mail.

Interview
Received a email 4 days after application submitted for a Teams interview. Meet with the recruiter for 10 mins. Asked about myself and work history. Then gave me info on the company and job. Asked if I had any questions. Then said they would let me know by next week.
