Phone interview, personality assessment, in-person interview, commitment interview in this order. The phone interview and personality assessment are conducted by a corporate recruiter and the subsequent steps are on-site by the hiring manager.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted shortly after by a recruiter from the corporate office in Texas. She took a little over 30min to review the position, the job description, and my relevant experience and qualifications. Afterwards I was sent a personality assessment to complete within the next day or two. Once completed and returned, I was invited for an in person interview at the community information center with the Regional CM, the Carolinas VP, and the Raleigh area VP. This interview lasted a little over two hours and consisted of questions about relevant experience and qualifications, the personality assessment I’d completed, and highlights of LGI’s history of success.

Interview
Each step of the interview process was thorough, well thought out, and not Overwhelming. Initial was a phone call, second was a virtual interview, at little lengthy but broken out in steps, and lastly in person at the community.
