Un entretien téléphonique avec les ressources humaines, puis un entretien d'environ 30 minutes avec un manager sur site, puis environ une semaine avant de recevoir une réponse, toute d'abord au téléphone puis réception par la suite d'un mail avec une offre formelle.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at LPA Group (Columbia, SC)

Interview

First interview was with Temp Company, then sent to Lpa.....everyone was very polite, we all had alot in common, they showed me the plans that I would be working on... and mostly talked about personal things. I was not interviewed by the manager but by the guy who would be my supervisor. They didn't ask any technical questions or want to see any of my work.

I got a call within the week and they wanted to hire me, but coming from a Mechanical Design background I wasn't sure that I would like the job and they didn't want me to come in thru the temp service they wanted to hire me straight out.
