Total of 3 interviews. Starts off with phone interview, then technical round with hiring manager and group interview. Overall, straightforward interview process. Where the focus is on work experience, interest in job and salary expectations.

The interview process was smooth and quick. There are a total of 2 to 3 rounds ( depending on the rec). The recruiter reached out through a phone message. This was followed by a phone call, where the recruiter asked basic question-why are you interested in this role? Why Labcorp? etc, This was followed by a hiring manager interview , upon clearning, the final round was a panel interview ( which includes hiring manager, senior managers and peers). The recruiter and hiring manager are very responsive . Overall the process will take 2 to 3 weeks ( deepening on interviewee speed and preparation).
