I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (East Lansing, MI) in Oct 2017
Interview
There was two parts a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Then there was an in person interview with two people. Each person was 30 min long. They asked me questions about why I want to work for the company, but there was a lot of room in the questioning to talk about myself and what I could bring to the company. Asking questions like tell me a time when you had to overcome a challenge. They also asked me to just start talking about myself. They did have a packet of question where they took notes, but I could tell that they got room to ask there own questions.

Interview
Recruited at the university career fair. Interviewed the next day, both through phone and in person. 2 interviewer, each was 30 minutes. Waited 3 months. They called and offered the job
Lots of targeted questions "Name a time that you..." Three back to back interviews. I was on site for approximately 3 hours. The three interviews were all about the same. By the lat interview, I was unsure what I had and hadn't discussed with the last interviewer.
