I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied, got a phone call from the hr specialist, easy questions, went on to the next round with a hiring manager, that interview went great. The hiring manager had a few behavioral questions, very easy, felt like we connected. Then made it to the final round with 2 other SDL managers, which was all behavioral questions, I totally bombed that interview and never heard back from the hr and even after I emailed her.
Makes me so mad that they base their decisions on behavioral questions, I am not a quick think or a person who can exaggerate scenarios or use other peoples examples and turn them in to mine.

After submitting my CV, I had a short introductory phone call with HR. This was followed by a second online interview with two line managers, which lasted about an hour. The interview was competency-based, using the STAR method, and concluded with a challenging role play. The overall application process was very smooth, and communication with HR was consistently excellent and fast.
