The interview process was straightforward. Had a quick phone screen where they asked if I was comfortable with animal testing, if I have ever been affiliated with an animal rights group, etc.
Then we set up a video interview, this lasted about an hour I think, behavioral style questions and interviewers were very friendly (one more than the other).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When were you the least/most satisfied with your job?
A time when you worked with a team towards a goal and what was the outcome?
Tell me about a time when the goals of your job shifted and how did you adapt?
I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Madison, WI)
Interview
Went through a presentation at first, describing the job position. Then answered basic questions, like tell me about yourself and how you feel working with animals. Good to know that you work a lot of weekends and some holidays, like New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc... Also good chance you need to have some late nights.
The interview process was smooth and the interviewer was very kind. The questions asked by the interviewer were not difficult and mostly pertained to the job but also treated me as a human.
