Interview was conducted via Skype and you had to prepare a presentation. STAR model was used. Interview was lasted 1 hour. Quite stressful. A group of three managers were attended.

Easy! Like having a conversation with someone I just met! Phone screen with HR, then 30 minute phone interview with the Department Director. Within 3 days I had an offer because they needed someone quickly. They did not bring me in for a face to face interview.
