The most important thing is to be yourself, and always put the focus on the patient. There is always a patient waiting for a test result or diagnosis. Don't forget that.

I applied online. I was asked to take a Personality and Skills online test. I was contacted by phone to set up a phone interview, with a 3rd party. I had the phone interview and was told I would be passed to the hiring manager. 1 week later, I got an e-mail they had gone with a different candidate.
