Phone interview with the recruiter went very well. She told me I would hear something by the next day. She then ghosted me, ignoring my follow up email early the following week. However, later that week she reached out stating they wanted to proceed with the 2nd interview. I chalked it up to her being busy..... I completed that interview and was just vaguely told I would know "next steps" the following week. I was then completely ghosted. My polite follow up email was ignored. The two women who completed by 2nd interview were on video and the one looked completely bored and disinterested the entire time. I got the vibe they were only going through the motions and already knew who they were hiring. It felt like a waste of time and turned out to be so.
