It was a campus interview. One of their associate principle come. They were very patient and asked me to go through my portfolio and talked about my professional experience. They then spend a long time introducing their own project. Most of their projects are in China.

Portfolio review and have a presentation about the company itself, then ask them some questions. It went very causal and I relaxed to have conversation with them. Also about salary.

Interview
In-depth interview, easy going. First the interviewer reviewed my portfolio, asked lots of questions about projects in a genuine way. Then, the interviewer went over the company's portfolio explaining projects. Finally, I got a tour of the office, was introduced to a few employees who introduced me to their projects. Had 2 interviews, second one was mainly a formality to meet partner and receive offer.
